Auction Agent - Instructions
If you want to change the language of the service after login, click on the top left on the site on Preferences (Einstellungen). It opens a page where you can change your "Personal Infomation". Switch using Language (Sprache) to English.
1. Once you have logged in, you are on the main page. Now click the top right on "Tables".
2. Here are 4 documents displayed. Click on the file with your company name. This will open your personal auction planning table in a second window.

3.1. Customer Info
This section contains your customer information, that we have already filled in. Review the information, particularly your email address and telephone number. Please make sure, that you use this Email adress when contacting aa.ae as sender. Same for your phone number and please activate your CallerID. This is necessary for quickly servicing your requests or bid changes, especially during the auction.
3.2. Auction Info
At this point you will find information about the upcoming auction. The auction house, auction date, and a Twitter account which we use in advance of the auction to report on current developments.

3.3.1. Maximum Bid Adviser
With the "Maximum Bid Adviser" you can calculate up to what amount it is worth for you to bid. You can enter into the two red colored boxes on the left top of the table the market price of the car (eg. via Autoscout24, DAT) in the currency of your country and the desired profit on resale or the required savings. As a result, you receive the maximum bid amount in Dirham (DHS) in light blue colored box at the bottom of the table. These calculations, you can try as often as you want. Upon request, the "Maximum Bid Adviser" we will be adjusted to the valid values of your country like currency, tariffs, taxes or transport costs. To open the "Maximum Bid Adviser in another window press "click here"(column B11).
3.3.2. Live Video & Chat
With a mouse click on "click here" (column B12) you come to our
video stream and live chat. Here you will see during the auction live and
recorded video clips of the cars offered for auction. In the chat you can talk
to other members and prospects of aa.ae.
3.3.3. Live Auction Data
A mouse click on "click here"
(column B13) will open in a separate window, our "Auction Live Data"
table. There you can see live during the auction bids in Dirhams (DHS), the local currency of the United
Arab Emirates. The table automatically calculates your expenses, including duties, taxes, transportation costs, commissions in US-Dollar and
Euro. On request we can also add other currencies. Please note that this
table is a read-only feature. To test the functionality, please use the "Auction Live Data
tryout" table.
3.3.4. Auction Live Data Tryout
Here you have both, read and write
rights and you can test the functionality of the "Auction Live Data" table by clicking on "click
here to test" (column B14).

At this point you will find our email addresses
and phone numbers, you can reach us before and during the auction. Please see
also 3.1.
3.5. Cars for Auction
In this section you will find a list of
vehicles in the upcoming auctions. Shown are the following dates: auction number (column A), brand &
model (column B), model year (column C), color (column D), Link for further
details (Column E). If you've decided what vehicles you want to bid for, mark it
up please ... hours before the auction in column F with an "x" in
column G and write beyond the maximum limit up to which we can bid for
you. If you have questions regarding
a vehicle, please write up as early as possible prior the auction in column H. We will then contact you and try to answer all your questions.
4. General advice
If you have any problems with the speed
or the appearance of individual services of aa.ae we recommend, the latest
version of Mozilla Firefox as an Internet browser!
