Description

The location is perfect: French, as far south as possible, 30min to the sea, a place in the sun, winter sports and Pyrenees in 45min, 20min to Carcasonne (the largest medieval fortress in Europe - Land of the Qatar), 20min to Narbonne, 1 hour to Montpellier, 45min to Perpignan, 1 hour to Toulouse, 1 hour to the Spanish border, 2 hours to Barcelona - very central. Ryanair flies from many countries in Europe very favorable to Montpellier and Carcasonne.

Escales is a wine village with about 400 inhabitants. The nearest town is Lesignan-Corbier. It is quiet but vital and if your kids are looking for connection, they will surely find.

Maison Raisin stands at only 34qm base, Living 50qm total. A mini-yard allows to sit outdoors and open the door to living room-kitchen-&-office feels nice too.
