The minimum term of lease is 3 days.
CheckIn at 16h, CheckOut until 14h
½ of the rent in advance by bank transfer, ½ at check-in.
The house must be left as you came upon - cleaning by your own or for 50 €!
Deposit: 300Euro.

The rental prices are for 2 persons. Other tenants at a small surcharge.
